As we cannot take back the time and energy, and other resources, spent on the service offered, we do not offer refunds, but if you have any problems with your order we will do our best to help you solve them.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We use your data to provide and improve the services offered. In order to better understand let's define a few things.
user/personal data = data that can identify a living individual and their actions in the digital environment.
usage data = data that is automatically collected or generated by the use of the website

data processors = any natural or legal person/entity that processes the data on our behalf, usually called service providers like the server on which this website resides.
Types of data collected
In order to provide our service we may gather the following data:

- country of residence
- address and postal code, city and state
This can be used to contact and identify you in our website and to see your orders and comments. Other types of data, like the ip, time of visit, number of clicks may be collected by the services we use, called Data Processors.
For the use of readings we save your birthday, but it is in plain text, as an extra field attached to a reading and is not used for any other thing than to fulfill your order.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Usage data or analytics are usually retained by the hosting provider as statistics, for a few years, as long they are useful. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations and the necessity of our service.
Who we share your data with
We do not willingly sell your data to anyone, we value your privacy. Some of the services we use to provide you with the experience of this website may use or collect data, this could include, but may not be limited to, analytics, marketing, payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party embeds. In order to see these services please read below. We limit the number of services we use in order to limit the processing of data.
Our hosting platform has servers around the world and our website is currently on a server located in Europe. This means your data is also kept on this server and is submitting to EU laws.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service provided by our hosting server, or by plugins.
Under certain circumstances we may be required to disclose your data, if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Usage & Location Data
To provide and improve our service we may collect data about your geolocation, like ip address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may also generate charts and statistic data that does not directly identify you.
You can disable location services in order not to be seen by our site. In order to fulfill an order we also collect the country, city and other address related info, that you provide using the website forms.
Site analytics create reports about user visits and clicks, without personally identifying the users. Analytics will register country of visit, page or url clicks per day. These are statistics used to understand how the site is viewed. They are purely statistical and do not contain or differentiate/target the users in any way.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. This is done automatically by the plugins that handle spam filtering for our site.
We do not use Gravatar pictures, in order to improve page loading, so no data is exchanged with this system.
We use a contact form in order for you to rapidly contact us. Some form plugins or functionality save the contact form submissions in the database, some send it directly to our mailbox. This data is deleted a few times per year, if stored in the database. We do not use this data for any other purpose than to reply to your request.
We do not show advertisement on our site apart that for our own products. We may recommend other products that we like or tried but we do not show personalized ads from any other provider. There are no cookies or data used to show ads.
We use only cookies that are necessary to provide our service. There are a few cookies, explained below, which are optional, depending on the functionality you choose to use.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Our website uses the known plugin Woocommerce for its shopping cart and accounts capability. When you buy something you can create an account or not. If you create an account a user will be created which stores the personal data you enter when creating the account. An account gives you the possibility of seeing your orders and also facilitates shopping, commenting and review entering.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
Mailchimp email service
We use Mailchimp services to provide a weekly newsletter or to notify you of news or other changes in our service. You can choose to subscribe to our newsletter by using the newsletter forms you see embeded in our pages. You can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any moment you desire by the links provided in the emails. We use a two-step confirmation protocol in order to make sure you give your affirmative consent to subscribe to our list.
We also use the plugin Mailchimp for Woocommerce to link our store with the Mailchimp email sending services. We do this to be able to show our products in the newsletters in order to advertise or notify you about. We may also use this service to recommend similar products, based on your previous purchases. We do not use this to send annoying purchase requests or other types of marketing emails which include only shop products. This functionality is additional and always used along other things, like new posts or important news.
