As we evolve it gets more and more useful to understand decision making and also how we entertain certain types of thinking about our decision making processes. Each of us has their own way of thinking and feeling about decisions, but we do have underlying behavioral programs who are common.
In the video below I explain the "no choice" thinking pattern in order to dismantle the helplessness and the feelings of being lost that it can bring. This type of thinking is debilitating as it will make us reject other options and invent stories which can keep us trapped in a vicious cycle.
By learning how to deal with choices, even with the difficult ones, we evolve in having a lot more trust in our own power and possibility to change and we can attract beneficial effects.
